Indian Harbour Beach boasts some of Brevard county highest end properties including the private enclave Lansing Island as well as luxury condominiums and beachfront homes; it also has the top Kiwi Tennis Club one of the top facilities of its kind in Florida along with public parks and beaches. Just one of those is 27-acre Gleason Park surrounding a lake with its many exercise paths, lighted in the early evening by quaint Victorian lights.
